Patrol Bug in Dreaming City
One of the patrols in The Strand asks you to collect materials from the Scorn. I have tried it 3 times and no matter how many Scorn or Taken you kill, none of them drop material. Also, in the Divalian Mists, the patrol nearest the spawn point tells you to clear Taken, but it will accept Scorn also. No biggie.

1 ReplyHello, Thanks for the report. I will explain the issue you are having below so it will hopefully help you when doing patrols in Destiny. The patrol just behind the Divalian Mists spawn point says references Taken in the character dialog but that isn't what they wants you to kill. If you pull out your ghost and look to the left side of the screen it will say the field assignment and what you actually need to kill. For that patrol it says Hunt Down Enemies of the Awoken so it allows you to kill any enemies. Now for the patrol in The Strand on top of the rock it references Scorn in the character dialog but that isn't what they wants you to kill. If you pull out your ghost and look to the left side of the screen it will say the field assignment and what you actually need to kill. For that patrol it says Requisition Valuable Supplies from Scorn Stalkers. So only the Scorn with the enemy name Stalker will drop the supplies you need to pick up. This particular patrol requires you to collect the materials from a type of scorn that are only available during the public event.
