Can't apply any weapon mods or perks.
On xbox one, every weapon I look at I can't change any perks, or change the shader's, or apply mods. I can infuse the weapons that's not a problem. And even on catalyst's and ornaments for exotic weapons they can't be applied. It's been happening for a month now.
Is there something I need to do like re-downloading the game?
