Been using Luna's Howl since I got it last weekend, and it's pretty common for Magnificent Howl not to proc after 2 and sometimes even 3 precision hits in a row. I've had it happen up to 4 times in a single crucible match where I get three precision hits in a row, all at base damage. Seems to happen more often when the shots are hit really rapidly, like as fast as the gun can fire. I have also noticed it a lot in PvE. Is there a fix coming for this? Considering the perk is the only thing that makes the gun worth using (seriously, did the base stats on this gun have to be so bad?), and the effort it took to get the gun, it's pretty tilting to have it straight up not work when it's supposed to.
