Magnificent Howl not proccing
Been using Luna's Howl since I got it last weekend, and it's pretty common for Magnificent Howl not to proc after 2 and sometimes even 3 precision hits in a row. I've had it happen up to 4 times in a single crucible match where I get three precision hits in a row, all at base damage. Seems to happen more often when the shots are hit really rapidly, like as fast as the gun can fire. I have also noticed it a lot in PvE.
Is there a fix coming for this? Considering the perk is the only thing that makes the gun worth using (seriously, did the base stats on this gun have to be so bad?), and the effort it took to get the gun, it's pretty tilting to have it straight up not work when it's supposed to.

The stats are bad so that not forgotten can be better. The idea is Luna is powerful and inconsistent, trust is consistent and not forgotten is both!

This is probably the bloom rng making you miss a shot, causing the proc to fail. Good old bloom.

The damage numbers all show at base and the timer for it never showed up on the left side of the screen, but the person still died in 3 shots.

Says it all when i somehow manage to proc magnificent howl while using my Ace of Spades lol.

You don’t know the feeling.... of that happening to you when you almost get a we ran out of medals....and choke the last kill because of it...

3 RepliesI ran into another guy who had the same issue as you, he stopped using wifi and hard cable connected his console/pc to the internet and luna started working properly, apparently a bad internet connection interferes with that perk.

I’m having the same issue, even in pve it either takes a few seconds to proc or just doesn’t proc at all, considering it’s the reason the Luna’s howl can 3 tap it needs fixing ASAP
