Before our western culture (for westerners) became homogeneous and boring? As a white American mutt I dont really feel like I have a true connection to anywhere. I know my historical roots, but they dont mean much now. I'm not connected to them in any practically meaningful way. Anyone else feel this way? [spoiler]Im sure after a day of experiencing that past I would long for the order, humanity, and reason of our age. But you know what I mean...[/spoiler]
