Hecuba-S locked by annual pass?
The hecuba-s, the 4th season exotic sparrow. (Yes, that egg looking speeder with the rainbow trail). It is obtainable via bright engrams. If you do not have the Hecuba-S it says you need the annual pass when you look at it in collections. Why is it the only sparrow like this? Why is it that even after I got the Hecuba-S I cannot re-acquire it, saying I need the annual pass of which I do not have yet. Why is the Hecuba-S so special?

I pulled a second one from Collections for a second character; I don’t have annual pass. PS it was really really bad idea from the point of using my accrued dust. Getting the only usable perk to drop on it, took something like 3k bright dust. =(
