Salty over the cross platform/Character transfer Destiny DOESN'T HAVE....Sorry but I'm not about to lose years of game time because of "Sony exclusives". Its really disappointing because I think Destiny on PC would be so beautiful and play better. But You're losing another player, I"m not going to pay full price for a game and not have my old character and be able to play with all my friends and clan on console. See ya Destiny...see you when you ever decide to fix it.
(For those confused I just built a monster of a PC and ^ is a problem for me)
EDIT: Sorry for the confusion! I'm not on console anymore which is why I needed to transfer my stuff over to PC. If that wasn't obvious my apologies.

Which is why Sony has been fighting tooth-and-nail against it. Fact is, Bungie's hands are tied here. Sony---so far---only permits it with Fortnite. Plus Activision has negotiated these exclusivity deals with Sony...and Sony wants their money's worth (in extra console sales and player numbers) out the deals. Then there's the issue of mouse-and-keyboard and frame rate. Playing on PC would likely give PC players a huge advantage in The Crucible versus console players. Aiming precisely is easier with a mouse than a thumb-controlled joystick....and the higher frame rates allow for much higher server tick rates and in-game responsiveness.
