The reason I said "...so?" is because your belief that the Exotic drop rate is being fixed because of RDR2 is completely asinine. 1) Reducing chances of duplicate drops will never stop anyone from playing an entire, brand new game, ever. No developer would be stupid enough to think that. 2) The reason it is being changed is because of the plethora of complaints about not getting Forsaken Exotics. It's quite simple, really.
