Cool, just keep the Thousand Voices chests rate as they are. Should actually make it more rare to get.

Nope, if you think about it. It's one of the easiest exotics to obtain in the game. It's drop is in a controlled environment, you can increase your chances by turning in 5 keys at once and even further the more chests are open before yours. Fact: You have a less odds of getting any specific world exotic that's is a rng drop. #Truth
