I'm only running one. I felt like it was because I had less free time than I did back when D1 was around. Then I thought about it. What landed decent gear in D1 (and exotics)? Nightfall and Raid/PoE. 3 Night Falls and 3 Raids probably used up less time than running a single character through all activities that dro powerful gear in a given week.
