Not really accurate. I once got gally 3 times in one day. And that’s after I already had one on all three characters. And no, I didn’t buy one from Xur on his first visit. I probably dismantled 10 gallys.
But this current drop rate is horse shit.

Based off of the fact that so many people complained during skolas that lfg posts required Gally...I would say you are in the minority. A great number of people did not have it.
