It amazes me how many of you can't read.
Yes patrols have enemies, but you don't have access to your vault to keep testing weapons out
You don't have unlimited ammo
And enemies die. Dummies don't.
Access to a armory would be nice as well to test weapons you don't have yet to see if you want to grind for them
Faster ammo regeneration
Dummies with both body shots and critical spots
And some kind of set up were if the guns in your vault you can still switch to it at the range and use it
It would bring back a reason to go to the farm

2 RepliesI propose a test dummy that resembles the person who thought static rolls would be a good idea in D2. Sure it's now been fixed but I've still got enough disappointment to blast away.
-
4 RepliesShooting range = private match making
-
1 ReplyAnd have like a board to show DPS or something. I don’t know it seems like it would fit.
-
Yeah, it still baffles me that COD WW2 released with a firing range in their version of The Tower/Traveler, but D2 still doesn't have one.
-
A chicken hunt? I’m all in!
-
I posted this exact thing and go no response lol
-
The farm seriously needs a reason for us to visit. I don't care what it is at this point.

Edited by Kenjiro: 10/24/2018 10:41:23 AMYeah! Would love to have a spot to test some stuff out!! *WITH Damage Numbers*
-
Division had a great firing range, would def love to see something similar in Destiny.
-
Also damage numbers would be cool to see
-
I love this idea. I was just talking about this the other day with a friend. I was saying tower but the farm is a gooder idea!
-
Be great at the tower, on the top, left side when you transmat in. Be nice to test out some guns because my vault space is near max
-
1 ReplyDefinitely a good feature for a DLC that's about weapons. Not holding my breath though. I'm still waiting for Blind Well specific armor/weapons, something to drive me to do other than for a bounty.
-
Fun fact: firing range was requested in destiny 1. Its not happening.
-
I like the idea. For it to work, you’d probably need a side instance, walking down a path into an area you load alone or with your team. Otherwise you’ll be trolled by people jumping up and down in your face. As others have stated damage and falloff numbers with selectable target resilience would make this a great place to test stuff. Wherever you put it, I think the gunsmith should be there instead of in his little vendor both. He would be a nice interface for trying out mods and masterwork levels. He also could use some bounties again, but that’s another topic.

1 ReplyScore board mode?

The few people in my clan who have the gun don't even use it.

1 ReplyGreat reason to keep the farm relevant, would also be cool if hitting the dummies gives damage numbers like in crucible so you can see each guns damage, or drop-off range etc.
-
What's there to try? All the weapons are reskins of past weapons you've already used.
-
1 Replyso this is call of duty now lol ok
-
11 RepliesI can’t believe the stupidity of some people. If you have this app, you have access to your vault at all times 🤣🤣🤣😅
-
Just go into patrol and shoot some dregs.
-
Let's put it in the tower where Cayde used to be. The farm should be vaporized and that memory turned into a PVP map, strike, new guns or armor. Say no to public spaces because they are a waste of space/time.
-
i really like the idea of being able to Test a Specific gun b4 you start grinding for it, the farm would be lit with a Shooting Range, we've been asking for this since D1
-
1 ReplyHave the option to choose what level enemies to shoot at so you can compare to endgame activities and also a AI guardian for crucible testing.
