bonus threshold nightfall strike
so me angels191 and VoodooWon went in to the nightfall. we reached the bonus threshold of 101000. we killed the boss and the counter was still going down. the chest popped up and the counter was still going down even the countdown for us to return to orbit and still the threshold was going down. well done bungie. and this was the hollowed lair nightfall strike. so basically we have been cheated and robbed fro our scores

I got 170k on my first run, y’all gotta get more modifiers and move faster. Blackout, extinguish, match game, solar, and a 12 handicap were good enough for me. Anything over 100kmis okay by me.

You can get 100k by only killing adds in boss room ,and counter weight rooms and speed running everything else

Did it my first time with 2.5x and got to 100,000 then we farmed it to get mindbender and got 150,000 before we even got to the counterweight room and blew through the rest with ease.

3 RepliesLol I scored 327,000 on the Hollowed Lair a few days ago, had over a 7x multiplier. If u can’t get 100k on that strike then maybe u don’t deserve it

This strike is laughable for the 100k score. Just run it again with a 3.5 modifier and you will get 200k

I’ve had the same thing before but not in the hollowed lair. Thing is way too easy to get high score on with the right modifiers. Me and my fireteam were cheated out of the 100k on insight terminus because of the same thing. The timer doesn’t stop until orbit. It’s a bit of a sod haha.

2 Replies101000 is not a very good score. I ran with 2 randoms and had about 200k. Then, like randoms often do, we had some failures. We ended with around 150k. Git gud. Scrub.;)

This isn’t a weapon or a crazy armor talent or OP supers, this is literally a failure on Bungies part to make sure that their game runs correctly. Bungie - Offers powerful Engram for reaching 100k score on the night. Guardian - awesome I could use the powerful engram Bungie - WRONG, score will continue to decrease even the strike is over? Guardian - Makes sense. 🤦♀️

We have a 300k shoes lol just be more efficient! But on a serious not it really is stupid man. We would have got a 337k but it bumped us to 335 :/ because the score kept going down

It's dumb but the strike isn't clear until it's clear. Soon as the boss dies should be the clear.

8 RepliesIt’s how the strike works- different strikes go for different amounts of time depending on boss speeches. The strike also starts with a 0x multiplier too but the count down is still going. The exceptionally prolonged outro to this strike actually lets you kill the boss, pop the chest, wipe, respawn at the boss. This way you can farm the shotgun super easily. Tips for 100k 1) solar 2) matchgame 3) extinguish 4) iron 5) handicap what brings you down to 560 at the very least, if you’re not really bad 540 or more. You should be at 200k pretty easily on this strike

Just checked your profile, and the profiles of the two friends you mentioned. If you three can’t go high enough with your score to avoid dropping below the threshold, then I don’t think the timer is the biggest issue here.

Yo dude, you're 580, you should be getting way more points than that. Put on a 20 handicap, solar singe, famine(it doesn't work), matchgame, and extinguish. Run a hardlight for Shields and then kill everything. Too easy.

What ever the fire servitor dude strike is, we did 167k without even trying.
