They were decent in destiny 1 idk what the heck happened. Most of them just fire too slow I guess. I think the magazine is fantastic and the damage is pretty good but man do they fire slow. Even the Mida is just a bit too slow even in crucible. Just a slight rate of fire buff could be all they need.

Actually, they were the best primary all-around. Here in D2 things changed, for you can equip Snipers too, not to mention that Hand Cannons do not have too much Range drop-off compared to D1.
