I want a refund!!!
This is the second time Xur cheated me out of a fated engram. I already have the apotheosis veil and Xur just gave me another. I'm tired of this! Xur just keeps messing with me. Something needs to give.

If you already have all the exotic armor for the class and exotic weapons, he will drop dupes. Forsaken exotics won't drop until a later date.
