Getting gunsmith weapons is a pain in the ass.
I've been trying to see if I could get a halfdan-d with a good roll to see how it handles, but I haven't gotten more than 1 to drop since the beginning of forsaken.
I keep getting the same damn weapons that I don't even want from him after spending hours just to get enough weapon parts to get the same stupid piece of garbage again.
I know it's supposed to be rng and a grind blah blah blah, but this is unbelievably tedious and unreliable.
I bet the next halfdan-d I get will have some crap like grave robber and hip-fire grip.
I guess if that were an smg it would be ok.

I always get the Zenobi-D its a good weapon already has tracking due to it being a HAKKË type have one with snapshot sights and clusterbombs pretty good

1 ReplyI have it with best possible roll and counterbalance mod and I don't like it. It's too weak according to me. I prefer to use handgun instead of that.

I've only had one drop. It has Flared Magwell, Quickdraw, and High Impact Reserves. So not bad. Not great, but not bad.

Edited by TripleJ: 10/19/2018 7:28:57 PMI have one with outlaw and kill clip, masterworked it immediately. You need a counterbalance mod on it for the gun to really shine though - this is on console btw. We need armsday back, miss that so much, except for some of the annoying test weapons.

I've been trying since release to get a decent halfdan. It doesnt seem like its going to happen. I made a post(s) complaining that we need foundry orders back (so we can place orders for halfdan d rolls). I dont think that's going to happen either. I.... yeah.... sorry lol...

I know, I keep getting the same things over and over, I got two of the exact same rolled Zenobia d’s on powerful engrams, I literally turned in the prime engram on my Titan, crappy Zenobia d, switched to my hunter and saw I had a prime engram in the postmaster grabbed it and turned it in, only to get the exact same crappy Zenobia. Random my butt. They really need to fix this crap.

Yeah, I got my first 110 rpm handcannon from the Gunsmith and it was trash.
