Since you have a Thomson brand, have you (or your ISP) worked through the steps listed in these posts?

Yes I tried to do them but I'm getting "Failed to delete CONN binding" error.

yes but since it's an error related to a specific game they couldn't help me, even the technical support told me to just don't mess with the configs which is complete bonkers imo. I'll see if I can get the router changed to a new model they have, hopefuly it doesn't have this issue anymore, but I'd really like to fix this with the current router in case they don't want to trade it for another one.

Unfortunately, this is an issue caused due to these router brands (mainly Thomson & Technicolor) not following industry standards & keeping certain ports locked for their own processes, & not being opened for other processes. If possible, make sure you get a non Thomson/Technicolor brand if you’re allowed a change.
