Were scout rifles buffed?
Or is that coming the 30th?
If they have already been buffed....it wasn't enough. Scout rifles hit softer than a pool noodle. Why use a scout rifle when you can just try to snipe with your shotgun, both will do equal damage (shit all)

It was buffed for pve only

used nameless midnight in haunted forest today and used it for the entire time. Got 109 kills. Got Ace of Spades out and killed 178 enemies the next go........scouts still feel really bad.

A Better Devils with Explosive Rounds sniping from Scout Rifle range still feels better, in my opinion. I don't even use scouts to shoot from a long range anymore.
