High impact scout were trash in PvE content Before the stealth N**f of 30% to scouts. The buff given Back to scouts was only 15% and for some reason Bungie never seem to have bothered to look at 150rpm Scout differently, nor 260rpm scouts. Some of the most underused archetypes in the game.

I mean in D2 vanilla scouts were the Meta before high fire rate Pulses- in fact, the same thing happened over the course of D1: First, they nerfed auto rifles and buffed everything else. Then, they slightly nerfed everything and buffed scouts around Taken King. After that, by the time of Rise of Iron they had buffed Pulses and Nerfed Hand Cannons so the final Meta was Scouts and Pulses. I just really really hope the same thing doesn't happen here- I am totally cool with 100 patches over the course of a week just to achieve balance, but the second one archetype becomes the end all be all of every engagement, I start to backpedal out of playing so much.
