I fought against the Vex in the black garden, the Fallen in the Cosmodrome, the Hive on the Moon, and the Cabal on Mars. But that doesn’t change what I really am. I can sense what’s really in me. I was told I was born in light. I was told it every time I was resurrected. But am I really? That feeling inside, it’s not light. It’s darkness. That warlock, Hikar-1, keeps saying that I should keep believing in the light, that if my soul is corrupted with darkness I need to believe in it and it will return to me. But will it? My Ghost barely talks to me now, thinks I’ve lost it. Now my vanguard is dead - the one guy I could turn to and enjoy a few laughs with. His favorite guardian has already taken care of his murderer... But I know what I am. And I know what I can do. And this is just the beginning.
