well they still suck in pvp
and
pve with the right roll they just about work
the nerf was unnecessary god knows
what they thinking but then again they like
to ruin weapons

They definitely don’t suck in PvP. Any 150 will three tap all crits, which isn’t hard to do if you are smart about positioning and engagements. And they tend to pair well with other good energy slot options— e.g. badlander, luna, molesto...

In pvp they are good 3 headshots and they’re dead. If you play out of range of pulse rifles they are really good. Off the top my head I can think of 2 really good maps for them, midtown and the new eternity map (not sure of the name) there are probably more but I can’t think of them right now. Just play at the right range
