One tousand voices is only good on pc because it suffers from fps bug just like colony and pheonix dive did but now One thousand voices does more damage if you are running high fps. This really kills the weapon for those who play on console or don't have expensive gaming pc. This is an example: you can one phase the shattered throne ogre boss solo with 1K voices on pc and high fps but on console you only take 1/3 of the health bar with 7 shots
