So just finished the Wish Ender quest stuff tonight and my fire team encountered what I think were two major problems on the second boss summoned with the relics— the captain behind the doors after the shadow thrall run. 1.) First problem: my fireteam crossed the threshold of the doors while I was in my menus. Doors closed and I was not teleported through. They died to the encounter. We wiped to try and take a second shot at it. 2.) Second problem: the checkpoint puts you at the bottom of the thrall run after the slow zone. BUT, you lose your two relic placements. Near as we were able to tell, you also cannot reset your progress to try the dungeon again. In order to reset it you have to finish it. So as of now, in order to reset the encounter you have to pull off some super-cheese ninja jump skills in order to climb back up to the beam room and reset the relics. Surely there is something wrong with this situation. Summary: the idea that the boss encounter for the second seal is a one shot deal (if you wipe that’s it) seems a bit austere for what is an already protracted exotic quest. If it’s not supposed to be a one-try deal, then maybe the checkpoint needs to be touched up so as to preserve the relic status. Barring this, maybe make it a bit easier to go back and re-place the relics on the statues?
