Found a bug with the Lunafaction Exotic
While running through the Haunted Forest I noticed my Luna Rift wasn't reloading my primary weapons.
Did some more testing and discovered that for some reason, if you try to use your Primary after your Energy and Power weapons then the Lunafaction Perk won't proc for the duration of your Rift.
Put together a short video to showcase the bug in action and how to recreate it.

Hey there. Thanks for your report. Right now, Luna Faction Boots' auto-reload perk only lasts for 15 seconds in the Healing and Empowering Rifts, and is currently only 15 seconds in the Well of Radiance which is why your kinetic auto rifle didn't have the buff. This is being addressed in a future update.
