TigerShite - are ARs garbage because of the Uriel’s whiners?
TigerShite was my first Dreaming City drop. Loved the look of the gun. Wanted to like it. It’s damage output is like a dumpster fire. Hot garbage.

I'm miles away from 600 so I'm not paying a lot of attention to the random rolls yet, but I do like the feel of it as it's very stable making switching head shots so much more viable than some of the other autos and submachine guns. I have one with Grave Robber that I like rolling around the daily grind with mostly for the convenience factor or never having to even think about ammunition - after all, I started with the Titan so punching things is just instinctive. And it doesn't really seem to matter what you run with on things like patrols so it's kind of like a comfy pair of shoes for me. Cheers, Lain

Auto Rifles were always garbage. You do more damage in 3/4 Pulse Rifle bursts or 1 Hand Cannon bullet than you would with 10 some Auto Rifle shots. The only good Auto Rifles are the 360 RPM ones and the Exotic ones. Suros Regime at the slow RPM and Cerberus+1.

It's...ok. All the guns in Destiny are pretty much the same, I can complete any event in PvE and be on top of the leaderboard in PvE with any load out, and I'm not a godly player. Alot of these perks are a placebo effect. I have a horror's least with a terrible roll and one with a good roll. They feel exactly the same. *Caveat* kill clip and rampage are exceptions because they actually change your damage. *Also* kudos for using other weapons. It is year 2, let's use year 2 weapons. There is life beyond sleepers and ikelos, folks. You can slay just as well with different guns.

Tigerspite was amazing until I landed Chattering Bone with a good roll. However I’d still go back to Tigerspite if I ever got bored of Pulse Rifles.

Huge magazine and almost zero recoil. Shoots like a tame "sweet business". I got soooo excited when this dropped for me, tried it and like you, I was disappointed. I've been using it now and to steadily land headshots on enemies with an auto is very cool. Keep working with it, it grows on you.

You just got a bad roll. I've gotten three of them that rolled with Triple Tap....and the things are just primary DPS monsters. The weapon is also SUPER stable so its not that hard to chain headshots.

You get the right roll on it and it absolutely wreaks everything.. get it to masterwork 10 and it's an orb creating monster.

2 RepliesId imagine its a new meta. Game is trying to incentivize you to use more pulse rifles instead. Autos have always been great since D1, but the constant pvp whiners continue to nerf them.

I used a Tigerspite since it was my first powerful drop from Dreaming City, it was okay but I quickly replaced it with a Bygones and then I replaced that Bygones with a Chattering Bone Outlaw/Rampage/Backup Mag! Basically just a stepping stone to better weapons, now I dismantle on sight.

My main issue with it PvP is on initial trigger pull it tends to bounce too much. At least more than ether doctor or misfit.
