Guided Raid emblem not updating

Hi, yesterday my clan did a guided Last Wish raid. The raid started with everyone in our clan at 19 guided encounters, and when the raid was finished, my clanmates had 24 encounters, and mine still registered at 19. It has not updated overnight. I'm pursuing the 25 encounters emblem. Any ideas? Thanks

Are you playing on another account besides bnet "Torrent"? Raid.report only shows 3 guided LW raids.
