Can't unlock dreaming city - never got Broken Awoken Talisman quest chain.
I have Caydes Will Quest, and Destroyer Of Worlds quest.
But Petra never gave me the Broken Awoken Talisman quest. And shes not standing by spider anymore.
I can't figure out how to get that quest now so that I can unlock the dreaming city and the raid.
