The tactic itself isn’t a cheese I actually prefer the ratking method cause......well I love it lmao. However the one part to be argued that it’s a cheese is that Bungie certainly didn’t intend on us playing a 50/50 guessing game on which side Riven would go to, to just destroy her in 10 seconds lol.

  • You cut out all of the intended mechanics by stacking people in 1 room... therefore cheese.

  • It’s not a cheese. You’re not doing anything to glitch all 6 into the same room you go in there because it LETS you do it. It’s just taking advantage of weapon perks.

  • 🤔 its not a cheese yet you wipe if riven doesn't show up in your room because you cannot perform the mechanics to progress.....hmmm. Whatever you say. Can't wait until they fix it.

  • The 'cheese' part of this method is when you don't see the shadow in crystal room so you run to that back wall to hit the 'join allies' prompt to teleport up to the top and run to tree room. That is an actual glitch/exploit having everyone just walk into a room isn't a cheese or tricking the game.

  • 🤔 so why do you wipe if you fail to do enough damage to the boss? Wouldn't you just be able to continue the fight? Oh wait you can't because you can't do the intended mechanics... I.E. cheese.

  • In a gaming scene the word cheese is used to describe strategies or ways of playing that are really powerful and do not require much skill from the players side at the same time. The term is widely used both in video games and tabletop games alike. Actually it is a cheese.
