To those of you who use Telesto in comp.

1 ReplyIts actually a well balanced gun. Kills 50% of the time and not always a 1 hit kill. Its a good balancer against shotguns. Dont blame the gun for your unhappiness, blame your lack of skill

8 RepliesI suck at Crucible. Bungie keeps matching with people who don't suck. They likewise insist on having so many good bounties require Crucible play. So basically, they're driving players into the Crucible, to give the tryhards plenty of cupcakes to humiliate. Under those conditions, don't expect me to fight fair. If spamming Telesto lets me occasionally trade instead of just dying endlessly... I'm gonna keep doing it. Deal with it.

Bet your one of many people I play with that holds their supers tell they die too and wonder why they get go kills. Use what works and what's strong and don't feel bad about it.

All our KDs were around 1.5 ish the team we faced were all 4.5+ KDs and everyone of them was using a shotgun, slidding on the floor and corner hugging.. They never pulled out a primary. So i pulled my Telesto and set traps for them to slip n slide into with their own sweat. So i won't apologize for using Telesto until Bungie fixes their matchmaking so I'm not fighting a 4.5KD team with a full team of shotguns while we're all sitting at 1.5kd

Tbh at this point I don’t even blame them. Comp is an all out or nothing playlist. Especially when you hit the 1800 mark, because you start to play against players who are fabled or higher on a regular basis.

Agreed, nothing more annoying than dying to telesto at ranges where a pulse rifles reaches max distance. No falloff damage on telesto projectiles, whoever made that happen is a genius. -.-
