Redrix Broadsword Quest Step Issue

So I have just got to the stage of the quest where you have to reset Valor 5 times. I have already reset Valor twice yet it is showing as 0/5. My understanding was that previous Valor rank ups should count towards this quest. Can anyone help?

Hi there. Thanks for your report. Valor resets can be retroactive if the resets happened within Season 4 (this season).
