I have emailed them 5 times regarding me never getting my Solstice of Heroes shirt. I placed the order August 27th. But they have yet to respond to ANY emails I send them. I would have a little bit more patience, but my address is going to change in less than 2 weeks. So I need to either change my shipping address, ask them to ship out my shit now, or ask for a refund. I feel completely ripped of $30 (wait, bungie took about that much money from me last year when I bought the season pass).
I’m about ready to just throw in the towel and call it quits with bungie. Maybe I’m being over dramatic, but I feel as if bungie constantly takes my money, and doesn’t deliver. What makes this suck so much is I’ve receive N O T H I N G for my $30 this time. They just took the money for the shirt and never gave it to me. And to make it worse is that they aren’t responding to my emails about it (hey! Bungie is also known for ignoring their -blam!-ing customers!)
This got off topic. I’m just pissed. If bungie doesn’t have plans on responding to people, then instead of adding a link to their support email, they should just replace with with a line of text that says “have an issue that needs to be resolved by staff? Lick shit. We don’t actually care. Either check bungienet forums for a communit member’s guesstimate or -blam!- off. Thanks for your money anyways lmao”
