This happened to me too but I think I know what the issue is. She won't be there if you are with a fireteam that has her in the next location. If the just leave the fireteam and you fast travel to a nearby point then she should appear.

try that did not work, it show her to be next to spider I go ther but she is not there

Yes i can confirm this works on the xbox as well really weird seems like a bug
