Tier 4 blind well
Can you please explain why for the 2nd week in a row I am only getting 10 dark fragments for beating tier 4 while everyone else gets powerful gear?

I got some glimmer from the Heroic Well, twice in a row. That was 2nd and 3rd time that week for completion. First time I got some decent stuff. btw- game's not broken
