With the resent changes to PvP, I feel like higher tier recovery spec does little to improve characters. Compared to a 10 mobility Hunter and 10 Resilience Titan, I feel a bit behind with the 10 recovery Warlock.
There needs to be more insensitive to spec into high tier recovery. Warlocks in Destiny seem to be playing the role of a healer/support, so I feel like they should regenerate much quicker then now. It takes 6.35 seconds (according to Drewsky) to regen full health after damage has been taken. I say reduce that to 4 seconds.
After bungie increased recovery rates from 0-4 it essentially nerfed high tier recovery Warlocks.
Just my opinion anyway...

Mobility in PvP is still king, especially with with the current TTK and you ability to strafe, 5 resilience is all you need, recovery is decent as it is but if you spec into recovery you need to go the full 10,

The three stats just need to be removed and our characters given base stats that’re the same for everyone. There’s never been a real point to them over both games. They don’t add anything to pve and they just add unpredictability to pvp. They’re a net failure on all fronts.

1 ReplyCompared to a 10 recovery warlock i feel weak as a 10 agility hunter. Because agility does next to nothing. Recovery changes how fast after damage your health recharges. 0 recovery = 7 seconds. 10 recovery = 1.5 second.

I think that they should make resilience, mobility, and recovery difficult to apply, like make them tied to something harder to attain than every single armor piece in the game. I mean something similar to seeds of light, something that takes time investment. A single point of resilience should increase your health by 5% for a total of 50% increase in health total if at 10 Get rid of arbitrary numbers!!! If a stat provides a bonus it should tell you exactly what that bonus does, as in, resilience stat should say “” x4 resilience i.e. 20% health increase. (When you hover cursor over it) Mobility should actually increase your mobility, as in jump height, sprint speed, walking speed, fall damage resistance, and fall recovery time. Recovery is good where it is, but it should tell you the number of seconds before health recharges.

1 ReplyI always found recovery was the strongest of the three, with resiliance needing the most help. Then again there really should be a lot more stats so we can optimize our builds.

Uh recovery is pretty fine as is now if anything resilience needs a buff cause even at 10 resilience a lot of weapons can still kill in the same amount of shots. Resilience now really only makes a difference in [b]some guns[/b] body shot TTK and even then it is only by like 1 shot.

7 RepliesResilience is the weakest stat by far. The difference of 0-10 recovery is massive. The difference of 0-10 mobility is noticeable. The difference of 0-10 resilience is negligable. Resil needs to be reworked more than any of them.
