Just a post to see people’s interesting different loadouts and maybe give me some ideas.
I don’t really like wasting my exotic slot on a heavy weapon and I’m also finding that most primaries feel underwhelming to use.. okay maybe underwhelming isn’t quite fair but they certainly don’t feel exotic.
I myself find that currently telesto is by far and away the best exotic I have used so far since forsaken but, I don’t have the catalyst so it doesn’t create orbs.
I’d like to know what’s currently worth infusing to give a try as I don’t want to waste any cores. Help me out with some ideas please.
Thanks in advance

I got lucky and found black talon after a crucible match. Haven't put it down since.

1 ReplyNone usually. May pull out Sleeper if something needs it (usually if my group can't hit the DPS check situations) Why none? Cause they cost 3 masterwork cores to infuse so any I get end up being left behind in power level.

6 RepliesWasting your exotic slot on a heavy? Sleeper, whisper and 1k voices are the 3 best guns in the entire game.

Primary: The Militia's Brightright Special: Fighting Lion (Once I Get It) Heavy: Edge Transit

1 ReplyEdited by Trash Boat: 10/7/2018 10:46:22 AMMy exotic slot is where I’d keep my Cerberus+1... If I had one. But as more than a joke (figured I should probably give an answer) Malfeasance and Two Tailed Fox have been my go-to exotics lately.

3 RepliesEdited by Manslave2Eris: 10/7/2018 5:12:14 PMI'm using that secret, special one called...
Situation-ally Dependent
Honestly, I've been finding myself running around with Purples equipped more often than not. Ascendant challenges will see either Sunshot or Whisper (or swapping them out during one run). Adventures could see Crimson, Sunshot, Whisper or Telesto. Strikes just depend on what I need. Running around while goofing off and just doing things like LS's, Patrols or PE's though? Mostly just Purple weapons equipped.

Ace of space graviton and sleeper
-
Pretty hard to beat whisper or sleeper for any pve content
-
I enjoy some neat combos for PVE, like the Huckleberry with devour in my warlock, in pack of mobs you can become quite invincible, or the sweet busines and actium war rig on my titan to shoot more than 200 bullets withoout reloading. There's maybe better combos or weapons to use but man those are fun as heck.

Whisper and sleeper. Sometimes 1kV if I'm frolicking in public spaces.

1 ReplyEdited by UNDEAD10000: 10/7/2018 10:40:49 AMRight now i'm not using any of exotic weapons and i will never use any of exotic weapons because i'm a noob casual player and i don't deserve having and using any of exotic weapons.

When I infuse it up I’m gonna use Whisper again. I was gonna use Trinity Ghoul but sadly it’s not very good. Ace is always nice and I use sometimes Cerberus in PvP for the memes.
-
Trinity Ghoul right now. Ace, Wish or Whisper otherwise.

Sleeper was always my favorite gun in D1 after they gave us it, so mostly use that. Trinity ghoul is super fun. Cerberus +1 is amazing if you know how to use it. I still use my Sweet business from time to time. Ace of spades is pretty fun, but I don't use it that much. Prometheus lens is great to mow through the trash. Lots of good options for exotics.

Ace, sleeper, and whisper. Trinity ghoul is fun but incredibly underwhelming.

Ace or black talon

I prefer legendary weapons myself but Black Spi- er, I mean Whisper of the Worm is pretty damn good. Two-Tailed Fox is just plain fun!

Today I've been messing about with the new sword, purely because the raid blessed me with 4 600 rocket launchers over the weekend and I've run out of things to infuse. It's pretty fun even if the ammo economy on it is absolutely terrible, there's something strangely satisfying about watching the projectiles track across the map.

Sleeper and Wavesplitter.

5 RepliesEdited by Matt Boy52: 10/6/2018 9:48:44 PMWhisper. Cliché I know, but god damn it I love snipers (even if I'm not that great with them) and I haven't really been able to find one I really liked in D2 until it was discovered, plus I loved the Black Spindle in D1 and now I get to see how Black Hammer actually was like originally since White Nail has been un-nerfed (I never got Black Hammer in D1, not even during the revamped raids in Age of Triumphs). When I'm not using it I run Sleeper, Ace of Spades, Crimson and Cold Heart.
Also, I don't notice too much of a difference in Whisper's performance since it's nerf when Forsaken launched. It still hits like a semi truck, just one going at 85mph instead of 120.
3 RepliesTwo-Tailed Fox most of the time. Ace of Spades, when I give Two-Tailed Fox a rest.
-
1 ReplyWeirdly, I keep getting strike catalysts now so I'm currently working on Merciless and Riskrunner.
-
1 ReplyFor non-serious content I use my masterworked Huckleberry since is just so fun. For serious content Sleeper since I don't have whisper. Ace of Spades is always a good choice though if you want a non-heavy exotic
