I’ve gotten one forsaken exotic in my 40ish? Hours of playing and I LOVE the new drop rate. I am actually excited when I get new exotics again and I feel like I’m missing out on things which makes me want to keep playing. That feeling of really wanting a weapon and never being able to get it and then the rush of excitement I felt after getting it 3 months later was the #1 factor that made me addicted to destiny 1 and it’s why I hated destiny 2 vanilla The one thing I would change would be to make Xur able to sell the new exotics so that it gives him relevance and renews that exciting feeling of checking up on him each Friday. I’d also make his inventory MUCH more expensive than it has been so that we have to really contemplate if we want to get that weapon or save for what he might have next week
