Xbox one x destiny 2 forsaken screen freezes constantly anywhere from 5 minutes to 20 mins of game time
Ever since you guys released shattered throne my games been freezing on planets or in menus at random i have to go to my dashboard and close it and restart it hoping that it will work. Ive tried reinstalling twice ive cleared system cache and factory reset my console. It seems to be only destiny 2 that will freeze the picture and cause me to close the game entirely.

Mine... Does not crash... But I get random stuttering, short game freezes on xbox one. Just started few days ago. Only in D2, tested many games and apps. This not frame rate issue at all.

7 RepliesHey there. Was wondering if anyone has heard some solution for this or bungee has acknowledged this issue cause it seems to be happening very frequent for a lot of players. The same thing has been happening to me causing my game to freeze and lose sounds and loading times is way longer then should be. Once the game freezes it causes my Xbox to shut down or freeze up as well. Very frustrating and doesn’t seem to be a fix out there. I’ve tried everything and still happening to me. Help plz!

2 RepliesHey there. Thanks for the report. You may want to[url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12539] clear your console cache[/url]. Clearing the cache can help fix all sorts of issues.
