Unable to redeem clan engram from hawthorne

Title says it all I cannot take the raid clan engram. I just finished the raid with my clan mates but have been unable to redeem it at all. https://xboxdvr.com/gamer/busta87/video/61418180

My crucible engram is stuck there, i get the opening animation but no rewards and it remains in Hawthorne's inventory, telling me to pick it up.
