After the wizards the stacks are time based

Killing the witch's will get you 2 off the bat.....and I think when your Invader invades and gets kills the Stacks increase

I know about the wizards, it's just all the other ways to get stacks. We tested some things out, when we had our primeval up, we invaded and wiped the other team, it did not give us any stacks, we were still on two. It's just so vague.

You were probably in the lead. If I read correctly, only the trailing team will get bonus stacks. I haven't specifically tested this, but it seems that when the leading team kills blockers during the Primeval phase, Slayer Stacks increase.
