I get he killed Cayd, but what connection did Petra personally have with Cayd to want to kill Uldren.
As the Queen's Wrath, shouldn't she have more loyalty to the queen and her brother. Especially when all he did was for the queen.
Why could he have been taken prisoner? It's not like he was shooting at them. He was on the ground, on his knees. He was being manipulated the whole time. Maybe the darkness consuming him to the point of no return would make more sense if Bungie actually explained what it was.
Destiny so far has been a series of half developed ideas. The ending to the campaign just feels like bad writing. I'm not saying Forsaken sucks. I'm enjoying it, but the writers need to step up.
Hire me Bungie. I'll write better material. I'll send you pages of my writing.

Petra didnt kill Uldren Both of us did The guardian (us) and Petra shot him at the same to as to give both parties closure

1. Cayde was just as much her friend as everyone else 2. Uldren kinda was trying to unleash the Awoken’s most ancient enemy.
-
Because he was trying to release the ancient enemy of his people?

<He was -blam!-ing insane. He was literally the only one seeing "Mara" and nothing he did aligned with her views. Not to mention that the dude was nearly covered in Blight.>
