You sound like a salty person in general so I wont waste much time.
But nerfing the weapon affects pve, raids, etc. This is never the answer. It makes the most sense to lock it out of gambit.
Sleeper is not even a problem in normal pvp. And it's a favorite in pve. So a nerf is entirely unwarranted. Just lock it out of gambit.
