As an aspiring video game designer, Destiny has really inspired me to go above and beyond in my work. The game is beautiful from concept to final play ready game. The games lore is dense but feel it gets no where near as much coverage as it should. Most names and backstory is unknown to the average player. I have put my hours into watching Byf and reading the lore tabs and would just love to see this topic more explored. Selling concept art, key lore figures and maybe adding a concept tab in the lore collection page. Just some food for thought.

Bungie might mess up here and there. But no one can deny that their art and music teams are just out of the ballpark

6 RepliesAlot of their concept art was released in The Art of Destiny. The D2 art book is suitable only for balancing a table or as a door stop

Edited by Corrick II: 9/29/2018 3:07:30 PMArtstation is a good place to go and check out Destiny art, a lot of their concept artists have pages there. Since Joseph Cross left I’ve been checking out the new artists work and while some of it’s maybe not my personal taste (looking at you Scatterhorn), their work is still amazing.
