Xur Isochronal Engram Broken
I have plenty of exotics that I still need yet Xur gave me a Coldheart. I preordered both games. I’ve had Coldheart forever. What’s the deal?

The Fated Engram is not broken; there are caveats to them that aren't necessarily clear in-game. They will not grant year two exotics, exotics that are tied to quests, or exotics for a different class than the one you buy the engram on.
