Can you use 2 or 3 of the same characters each week for powerful gear
Are you allow to use 2 or 3 of the same characters again like in D1 to get powerful gear each week?

1 ReplyAs long as they aren't the same class. If they are the same the raid won't work, I'm not sure about other milestones.

No. That's never been a thing in D2, because it made leveling up too easy. Different characters, period.
