I got The Queenbreaker day 1 of Forsaken release from turn ins to Banshee.
Proceeded to get 17 rng exotic drops of year 1 exotics.
18th was Phoenix Protocal for warlock.
Since then I have received 3 more year 1 rng exotics.
Also only recieved 3 exotic engrams, none of which were forsaken exotics.
To simplify 21 rng exotics drops with 2 being Forsaken Exotics.
Mean while roommate has recieved 5 rng exotic drops 3 of which have been Forsaken Exotics.
The ratios are all over the place currentlt.

Pretty sure banshee don’t drop exotics? Unless I’ve been unlucky this entire time I’ve been playing D2 I’ve never seen him drop exotics. So unless you’re lying or just as rare as Gjallahorn in D1

Since D2 launched I've recieved about 10 exotics from banshee including the new forsaken exotic I mentioned. His rng exotics are about the same rarity as any vendor giving them to you. Banshee is just garunteed to give a weapon.

Banshee can drop them

I’ve sank tens of thousands in weapon parts into banshee and I’ve never seen one drop

I’ve had 2 drop. Once in vanilla/coO and one at the beginning of forsaken
