Sleeper isn't this unstoppable scourge. Pay attention to when the invader comes. Half the time I could use a Nerf blaster to get kills because no one pays attention. Gambit is Challenging. You are going 1 v 4. If everyone stops and deals with the invader as a group - it is a non-issue. Instead everyone acts like its a Jackie Chan move and comes at you one at a time

Most of the time the invader comes. He's on the other side of the map. He snipes with sleeper and kills everyone before you lay a finger on him

Hide man. Make the invader close the gap.

The invader can come every 25 motes just keep an eye on the board and watch your back. Like he said know where the invader has a possibility of spawning at and stay out of those lanes when you have a possibility of invasion. All of those positions can be flanked, what i find also helps is to not be so bunched up when you get invaded so the invader has to move more to get kills. I've walked right up on tons of invaders just sitting in their sights and not even noticing me
