I feel that it is since the activity is actually pretty easy now with higher light levels. I did one run of it last night and got it so I'm a little biased though :)

When I saw it drop from the actual boss I was pretty sure that's what it was. I have been getting really unlucky with other drops though if that makes you feel any better.
