I don't have that much of a problem with the sleeper. I don't ever use on invading/invasion, however I feel it has too much range.1 shot 1 kill doesn't feel wrong- it's an exotic fusion type however I have only dodge it's shot a few times,but when they're across the map almost beyond sniper range 1s1k is too much. Really the only weapon capable of that would be a sniper rifle,and using a sniper rifle you need to precession shot to get the job done.
