Error Code Lettuce

Hi, I literally cannot do a single activity (go to tower, strikes, crucible, gambit, etc) because of this error code. I tried re-installing forsaken (didn’t work) and hard resetted my console (also didn’t work). PLEASE HELP I WANT TO PLAY.

Having the same issue which started after the the September 25 hot fix as well. Beyond frustrated right now.
