I hate destiny's pvp. And the developers seem so set on forcing me in there. Let players choose their game type and make quests have multiple ways to complete one pvp another open world. The thing that makes destiny great is the choices dont be so set on taking the choices away.

When exactly did map/mode voting go out of style? Did they finish Halo Reach and just go “yeah, only 99% of people like this feature, we’re taking it out.”
-
Me too. I tried giving you an up vote, but the counter seems to be broken. Contrary to public opinion, hating PvP doesn't mean you have anything against those who like it or that PvE fans are lazy or bad players.
-
1 ReplyI just don't do anything PvP related, if its in a quest the quest doesn't get done, same for bounties, daily's etc.
-
I agree! Gambit is not bad BUT SPAWN DIE CRUCIBLE SUCKS
-
I just run around like a jackass. I loathe pvp in any form. Love ruining matches since participating is all that matters.

4 RepliesEdited by Ironside: 9/28/2018 3:33:24 PMOk... @everyone bashing the OP. Since you want to FORCE PvEers into PvP... say it is not forcing, no matter what you reply with--it's true to me and others. I'll just go in and dance. every. single. match. and ruin your experience, just like you ruin mine.

4 Repliesdumbasses be like “you’re not forced to do anything”
-
2 RepliesPvp is literally what kept d1 alive with trials and iron banner being ways to get light gains if the crucible was a viable way to raise your light like pve is then yeah it would be so much more worth it but bungie doesn't understand quest or light level gain any more or infusion cost so just play the broken game like you are gonna do and shut up
-
2 RepliesThe only time you’ll see me in PVP is if I have to do a quest, to get my weekly powerful engram, or my clan mates want to do PVP. I dislike PvP modes in any game, but I abhor Destiny’s sad excuse of a PVP. It truly is the worst that I’ve personally experienced.

Sorry you can’t get a weapon you want but you’re not entitled to anything in video and real life. If you want something, go get it. If you want but don’t put forth the effort to get it, then you really must no want it after all. It’s honesty that simple yet we’re still going to hear the self entitled snowflakes about crap like this even people like me would love to see these posts stop, but we’re still going to get them.
-
13 RepliesI'm sorry, and I know everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but I am sick of these posts saying "give different paths to get certain weapons." No. Just no. You are not entitled to every weapon in the game by playing how you want to play. If you can't adapt and play an activity to unlock something, then you don't deserve to get that weapon. It's as simple as that. There is literally no viable argument against this that doesn't make you sound whiny.

Stop forcing your love on me...

No. You want it, then fu*king work for it. $hit ain't goanna be handed to you on a silver platter. So pull those pants up, buckle up, and got 'er done son.

People call others self entitled on here for no reason and toss the term around lightly without knowing how to actually use it but THIS here is what self entitlement looks like. As I've said to tons of people, you're the one who chose to play Pull Up Director>Crucible>(insert Crucible Mode)>Load>Play Nothing about this seems forced to me. Making a quest for an exotic require both PvE and PvP isn't an issue, especially for a gun like Ace which belonged to Cayde, a regular Crucible participant who has beaten Shaxx. You guys just need to get over it and accept that if you don't want to do everything, you're not going to get everything. And don't go on trying to say PvP is a "side activity". While it's not the main focus of the game, remember you're in a PvE/PvP shared world which most certainly means its still a key aspect to the game.

Stop forcing player into game types
First of all, NOBODY is forcing you. You are there by choice. Because you want the rewards. If you hate PvP so much, just accept the fact that you can't have those rewards and STFU. I don't have any of the raid-locked gear, because I don't like doing the raids. So I don't, and I don't have the rewards as a result. I also still don't have a lot of the PvP quest rewards, because some of them are pretty hard, and I haven't had the time or motivation yet. You know what? I can live with that. If I can't, then I'll just have to suck it up and run the raid, or spend the time farming whatever I need in PvP.
-
Stop acting like you have a gun to your head. Dont want to play? Then dont. But dont whine that you dont get the loot. Ffs nothing but cry babies on these forums.
-
5 RepliesWow you must be pretty special if Bungie is going over to your house and holding a gun to your head forcing you to play Crucible.
-
6 RepliesStop forcing pve requirements on me. I play destiny for the pvp and think pve is hot garbage.
you see how that makes no sense? It's something tied to a different part of the game, just like raiding or nightfall, you want the reward? Suck it up and do what you need to get it or simply don't get it
-
Every game mode should have it's own rewards and incentives. To get everything in the game, you should have to play everything in the game. There should be no useless game modes that don't have unique rewards.
-
5 RepliesBlah blah Blah, work is hard, give me money for nothing.
-
Totally agree, like I want to play Sea Of Thieves but I also want to play Destiny 2, like why won’t Bungie revolve the entire game around me? It puts me at such a disadvantage that I can’t play a game that requires patience and time and I have to press a few buttons.
-
Yes please!
-
I’m not great at pvp but that’s how it is in destiny 2, you can attempt the quests or not....simples
-
1 ReplyI agree, I only like running around in the tower. I should be able to complete all quests while in the tower. I hate PvE and PvP.
-
You have choices. You can do the PvP quest, or you can do the PvE quest, or why not both? It's up to you.
-
4 RepliesWahhh wahhh wahhh. You want some cheese to go along with your whining
